• RUSSIA: Lease agreement with Kyrgystan signed, and is negotiating agreement to keep Russian troops in Tajikistan (Ria Novosti)
• RUSSIA: Russia reiterates that it may deploy Iskander Ballistic Missiles in Kaliningrad if it feels NATO's ABM system jeopardizes Russia (Ria Novosti)

• CHAD: French army units (3^rd Marine Infantry Regiment; 6^th Engineer Regiment) participate in Operation Korizo on March 19 to April 15 with Chadian Army and National Guard units (French Defense News)
